Abstract: This article analyzes the quality of vegetable oils and their energy-intensive refining process. The hypotheses on which the innovative project for vegetable oil purification technologies is based are presented. A scheme for the purification of vegetable oils by physical methods is presented, which includes ultrasonic and electromagnetic equipment. The main differences between the innovative proposed idea and traditional methods for the purification of vegetable oils are discussed.
