| Abstract: | У статті наведені результати дослідження вмісту дезоксиніваленолу та Т-2 в зерні пшениці приватного господарства, для розуміння наскільки доброякісний корм, який використовується для годівлі тварин. Найчастіше проводять дослідження афлотоксину та зеареленону. Але ДОН і Т-2 не менш шкідливі для господарства, вони викликають порушення функціонування шлунково-кишкового тракту, некрози, почервоніння шкіри, парези кінцівок внаслідок чого відбувається зниження показників інтенсивності росту і розвитку організму тварин. Тому актуальним є контроль безпечності кормів на вміст мікотоксинів, для отримання доброякісної продукції. |
| Description: | The article presents the results of a study of the content of deoxynivalenol and T-2 in wheat grain taken from a private farm to understand the quality of the feed used for animal feeding. Most often, aflatoxin and zearalenone are tested. But DON and T-2 are no less harmful to the farm, they cause gastrointestinal disorders, necrosis, redness of the skin, limb paresis, resulting in a shortfall in animal live weight. Therefore, it is necessary to check feed for all possible mycotoxins to obtain high-quality products. |
