| Abstract: | Бактеріоскопія зразків ягнятини від тварин, інвазованих збудниками кишкових цестодозів, вказує, що вона набуває сумнівної свіжості на 10-ту добу. Показник рН ягнятини від інвазованих цестодами тварин вже у день забою є вищим за показник неінвазованих тварин. М'ясо від інвазованих збудниками кишкових цестодозів ягнят використовувати без обмежень небажано. Sheep’s meat from animals infested by the causative agents of intestinal cestodoses acquires doubtful freshness on 10th day according the bacterioscopy of standards. Index of pH of sheep’s meat from infested by cestodes animals already in the day of coalface is higher than for the uninfested animals. Meat from infested by the causative agents of intestinal cestodoses lambs using without limitations is undesirable. |
