| Abstract: | Дослідженням молока, яке реалізується на ринках, встановлено, що значна його кількість не відповідає вимогам якості та безпеки. Нами були визначені негативні фактори та запропоновано шляхи їх усунення відповідно до міжнародних вимог. Проведенными анализами молока, которое реализуется на рынках выявлено, что значительная его часть не отвечает требованиям качества и безопасности. Нами были установлены негативные факторы и предложены пути их устранения, отвечающие международным требованиям. By the lead analyses of milk which is realized in the markets it is revealed, that its significant part does not meet the requirements of quality and safety. We had been established negative factors and ways of their elimination adequate to the international requirements are offered. |
