| Abstract: | В статті розглядаються особливості створення інтеграційних об’єднань
холдингового типу за участю сільськогосподарських товаровиробників, що, як правило, створюються
шляхом оренди землі потужними промисловими підприємствами, фінансовими і сервісними структурами,
які інвестують кошти у виробничу й соціальну сферу села.
