| Abstract: | Досліджуються процеси поглинання в агропромисловому комплексі
України. На основі опрацювання публічної інформації визначено основні проблеми розвитку
вертикально-інтегрованих агрохолдингових структур, на прикладі компанії KernelHolding
S.A. Проведено аналіз угод з поглинання та тенденції їх розвитку, вплив боргового
навантаження на фінансові результати діяльності компанії. Исследуются процессы поглощения в агропромышленном комплексе Украины. На основе обработки публичной информации определены основные проблемы развития вертикально-интегрированных агрохолдинговых структур, на примере компанииKernelHolding SA Проведен анализ сделок по поглощению и тенденции их развития, влияние долговой нагрузки на финансовые результаты деятельности компании.
