| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Despite the diversity of organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises, which differ in ownership structure and organizational mechanisms, they are characterized by a number of common fundamental features [1]. Firstly, the activities of such enterprises are carried out in strict accordance with the legal norms enshrined in the current legislation of Ukraine, which ensures legal certainty, regulates the mutual rights and obligations of participants, and creates conditions for the stable functioning of the agricultural sector. |
