Abstract: | The process of information transformation was examined, and attention was focused on the importance of personnel in the digital development of the organization. Important aspects of personnel management in the era of digital transformation are highlighted. The role of using information and digital technologies in the personnel management system is determined. Explores the impact of innovation, including automation and analytics, on workforce development. The need to develop a strategy for digital transformation of the personnel management system is substantiated. Particular attention is paid to the need to develop new skills and strategies to achieve effective management. |
