| Abstract: | У Одеській області є нагальною зацікавленість у розвитку ставового і озерного рибництва, з метою акліматизації промислових видів риб та зариблення водойм. Усі ці заходи потребують детального дослідження з метою попередження захворюваності риби та проведення заходів, спрямованих на підвищення якості і кількості рибної продукції, насамперед коропа звичайного та бичка-кругляка. У зв’язку з цим, актуальним є проведення ветеринарно-санітарної оцінки якості і безпечності води, донних ґрунтів, встановлення джерел та факторів поширення захворювань коропових та бичкових риб, оскільки профілактика є одним із найважливіших заходів підвищення рибопродуктивності. Метою дослідження було проведення ветеринарно-санітарної та гігієнічної оцінки якості і безпечності води, ґрунту (донні відкладення) і риби – коропа звичайного (Cyprinus carpio) та бичка-кругляка (Neogobius melanostomus), яку виловлюють шляхом промислового лову у Хаджибейському лимані. |
| Description: | In the Odesa region, there is an urgent interest in the development of pond and lake fish farming, with the aim of acclimatization of industrial fish species and stocking of reservoirs. All these measures require a detailed study in order to prevent fish diseases and carry out measures aimed at increasing the quality and quantity of fish products, primarily common carp and bullhead. In this regard, it is urgent to carry out a veterinary-sanitary assessment of the quality and safety of water, bottom soils, to establish the sources and factors of the spread of carp and goby fish diseases, since prevention is one of the most important measures to increase fish productivity. The purpose of the study was to conduct a veterinary-sanitary assessment of the quality and safety of water, soil (bottom sediments) and fish caught by industrial fishing in the Khadzhibey estuary. |
