| Abstract: | Розведення риби відіграє важливу роль не тільки у підтримці водних екосистем нашої країни, а й важлива складова прибуткової галузі. На території України знаходиться багато водойм, котрі сприяють вирощуванню високоякісної рибної продукції. Згідно з вимогами чинних документів ДСТУ ISO 4833-2006, ДСТУ EN12824:2004, ДСТУ 30726-2002, ДСТУ 8446:2015 та ДСТУ ISO 11290-1:2003 проби м’яса бичка та коропа, який було виловлено у Хаджибейському лимані, відповідали чинним стандартам якості. Мікробіологічні показники риби залежать від санітарного стану водного об’єкту. |
| Description: | Fish breeding plays an important role not only in maintaining the aquatic ecosystems of our country, but also an important component of a profitable industry. On the territory of Ukraine there are many reservoirs that contribute to the cultivation of high-quality fish products. According to the requirements of the current documents DSTU ISO 4833-2006, DSTU EN12824:2004, DSTU 30726-2002, DSTU 8446:2015 and DSTU ISO 11290-1:2003, samples of bull and carp meat, which were caught in the Khadzhibey estuary, corresponded to the current quality standards. Microbiological indicators of fish depend on the sanitary condition of the water body. |
