| Abstract: | Представлено дослідження впливу ультразвукового поля на процес
очищення соняшникової олії з метою інтенсифікації та збільшення виділення
кількості фосфоровмісних речовин та жирних кислот при різній
інтенсивності, на різних частотах та різній температурі масла. Представлены исследования влияния ультразвукового поля на процесс очистки подсолнечного масла с целью интенсификации и увеличения выделения количества фосфорсодержащих веществ и жирных кислот при разной интенсивности, частотах поля и температуре масла. In this job there are introduced different investigations of supersonic field influence on sunflower-seed oil cleaning process the main goal is augmentation of emission phosphorus included staff and fatty cid there are different rates of intensity, frequency and temperature of oil. |
