ФОРМУВАННЯ СИСТЕМИ УПРАВЛІННЯ ВИТРАТАМИ ІННОВАЦІЙНО-АКТИВНОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Abstract

В статті розглянуто систему управління витратами. Досліджено поняття сутності управління витратами підприємства. Досліджено складові в системі управління витратами підприємницьких структур. Теоретично обґрунтовано принципи побудови системи управління витратами. Запропоновано послідовність формування системи управління витратами на підприємстві. Встановлено, що нарівні підприємств і організацій досягнення мети удосконалення системи управління витратами виробництва має тісно пов'язуватися з показниками ефективності виробництва та якості продукції. Саме на зв'язок витрат виробництва з показниками ефективності виробництва звернуто особливу увагу при визначенні напрямів, форм і методів управління витратами.

In the article the control system by charges has been considered. Concept of essence control by charges has been investigated. Investigated components in the control system by charges business structures have been researched. The principles of ex¬penses control system by charges construction on an enterprise have been grounded. The sequence of expenses control system on an enterprise has been offered. It is set that at the level of enterprises and organizations gaining of improvement a control system by charges production must closely contact with the indexes of efficiency of production and quality of products. Exactly attention should be paid on connection of charges of production with the indexes of efficiency of production while defining directions, forms and methods of management charges.
