УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ МЕХАНІЗМІВ ФІНАНСОВОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ КЛАСТЕРІВ АГРАРНОЇ СФЕРИ

Abstract

У науковій статті представлено архітектуру моделі фінансового забезпечення у фокусі молочного кластеру, яка грунтується на теоретико-методологічних засадах ресурсної концепції, що трансформується під впливом динамічних сучасних економічних теорій, поєднує системний і потоковий підхід до формування та розміщення фінансових ресурсів, модель орієнтовану на ринкову вартість, яка додає ресурсній концепції стратегічного напряму та дозволяє оцінити перспективи розвитку підприємства в майбутньому періоді, виходячи із поточного стану сформованого пор- тфелю фінансових ресурсів, вартість джерел формування фінансових потоків та майбутніх конкурентних переваг, узгоджує трансформацію фінансових потоків у всіх їх формах (матеріальній, нематеріальній, фінансовій) і враховує фінансові результати діяльності аграрних підприємств, отриманих за попередній період.

In a scientific paper presents the architecture of the modes of financial security in the focus of a dairy cluster, which is based on the theoretical and methodological principles of the resource concept, which is transformed under the influence of the dynamic modern economic theories, combines system and stream approach to the formation and placement of financial resources, model-oriented market value, which adds a resource to the concept of strategic direction and allows to estimate prospects of development of the enterprise in the future period based on the current status of the portfolio of financial resources, the cost of the sources of formation of financial flows and future competitive advantages, coordinates transformation of financial flows in all their forms (tangible and intangible, financial) and takes into account the financial results of agricultural enterprises received for the previous period.
