Abstract:	The technique of the transition from a parametric model to un-parametric models of the probability of reliable work in multiple random load cycles is presented. The basic concept of received models of reliability that can be distributed on different power facilities of technological complexes for maintenance of them in the safe state are determined.

The basic concept of received models of reliability that can be distributed on different power facilities of technological complexes for maintenance of them in the safe state are determined. Представлена методика перехода от параметрической модели к непараметрической моделей вероятности безотказной роботы при многократных случайных циклах нагрузки. Определены основные понятия полученных моделей безотказности, которые можно распространять на различные энергетические средства технологических комплексов для поддержания их в надежном состоянии.
