Abstract: Nowadays and a century ago the role of politics in the world has been rather important. The study of methods and forms of political communication occupies a large place in the rhetoric and linguistics of the past and present. The language of the power concept which includes the language of political speeches, political texts, political advertising had become widespread. One of the most noticeable features of a political text is the large number of rhetoric techniques and proper names.
