| Abstract: | У статті досліджується мотиваційна функція самоменеджменту як ключовий чинник становлення сучасного адаптивного управлінського лідерства в умовах VUCA-середовища (мінливості, невизначеності, складності та неоднозначності). Висвітлено основні виклики, з якими стикаються сучасні менеджери: падіння рівня внутрішньої мотивації та залученості, перевантаження управлінськими завданнями, вплив глобальних кризових процесів, а також поширення дистанційних і гібридних форматів праці. Визначено, що розвиток навичок самоменеджменту дає змогу лідерам посилювати внутрішню мотива- цію, долати професійне вигорання, підвищувати автономію, компетентність, стійкість та здатність до ефективної взаємодії. |
| Description: | The article examines the motivational function of self-management as a key factor in the formation of modern adaptive managerial leadership in a VUCA environment (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity). It highlights the main challenges faced by modern managers: a decline in internal motivation and engagement, overload with management tasks, the impact of global crisis processes, and the spread of remote and hybrid work formats. It is determined that the development of self-management skills enables leaders to strengthen internal motivation, overcome professional burnout, and increase autonomy, competence, resilience, and the ability to interact effectively. |
