| Abstract: | В статті досліджується фактори та сучасні виклики, які суттєво стримують розвиток та зростання дохідності українських підприємств. Виділено ключові детермінанти. Розглянуто успішні кейси подолання сучасних викликів ТОВ «Дельта Вілмар Україна». Зазначено, що в напрямку сталого розвитку економіки України курс має бути направлений на екологічне виробництво. Виділено ключові інструменти підвищення дохідності підприємств в умовах невизначеності. Установлено принципи побудови організаційно-економічного механізму забезпечення дохідності підприємства: ефективність управління, зменшення кількості проміжних етапів, гнучкість у прийнятті рішень, компактність організаційної структури, прозорість та відкритість процесів, гармонійне поєднання державного регулювання з саморегуляцією підприємства, а також відповідність умовам поточної соціально-економічної ситуації в країні. |
| Description: | The purpose of the article is the development of scientific and applied recommendations for increasing the profitability of Ukrainian enterprises in conditions of economic instability, focusing on the principles of the circular economy. The scientific novelty. The article examines the factors and modern challenges that significantly hinder the development and growth of profitability of Ukrainian enterprises. Key determinants are highlighted. Successful cases of overcoming modern challenges of LLC "Delta Wilmar Ukraine" are considered. It is noted that in the direction of sustainable development of the Ukrainian economy, the course should be directed towards ecological production. Key tools for increasing the profitability of enterprises in conditions of uncertainty are highlighted. The principles of building an organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the profitability of the enterprise are established: management efficiency, reducing the number of intermediate stages, flexibility in decision-making, compactness of the organizational structure, transparency and openness of processes, harmonious combination of state regulation with self-regulation of the enterprise, as well as compliance with the conditions of the current socio-economic situation in the country. |
