| Короткий огляд (реферат): | В статті визначено, що аграрна сфера інтегруються у цифрове середовище, завдяки чому підвищується врожайність, зростає привабливість працевлаштування, відбувається модифікація якості життя. Метою статті є обґрунтування доцільності застосування концепції збалансованого розвитку аграрної сфери в умовах цифрових трансформації та розробка відповідного механізму. Новизною є визначення основних принципів запровадження концепції збалансованого розвитку, наведено відповідний механізм. Запропоновано застосування конверсії та імплементацію цифрових технологій та пристроїв для післявоєнного розвинення аграрної сфери. Цифровізація аграрної сфери є пріоритетним вектором післявоєнного розвинення на базі запровадження збалансованого розвитку. Планується розробка науково-методичних засад визначення ефективності переходу до збалансованого розвитку. |
| Опис: | The purpose of the article is to substantiate the feasibility of applying the concept of balanced development of the agricultural sector in the context of digital transformation and to develop an appropriate mechanism. The scientific novelty. Despite the difficult conditions of today, most areas of economic activity continue transformation processes towards the digitalization of the economy and society. The digitalization of the agricultural sector requires a modern vision of digital transformation processes, taking into account the rational use of the land bank, further greening of production and reduction of harmful impacts on the environment. This development should be based on the conceptual principles of balanced development, which provides for economic growth of production at the macro-, meso- and micro-levels taking into account the ability of ecosystems to recover and support the vital activity of current and future generations. It is proven that the agricultural sector, despite a number of problems described in the article, is actively integrated into digital transformations through the introduction of geographic information systems, on-board computers, and modern software. Due to this, productivity increases, the attractiveness of employment in the agricultural sector for young people increases, the quality of life is modified, and new social standards are introduced. The novelty of the article is the definition of the main principles for implementing the concept of balanced development of the agricultural sector, including complementarity, economy, adaptability, and diversification. |
