| Abstract: | У статті розглядаються зміни кількості еритроцитів у крові перепелів, що можуть бути обумовлені різними факторами, такими як здоров'я, харчування або умови утримання. Дослідження також фокусуються на гематокриті, що є важливим показником, що дозволяє оцінити об'єм еритроцитів у крові птахів. Концентрація гемоглобіну у крові перепелів є важливим показником їхнього загального здоров'я та здатності транспортувати кисень в організмі. Визначення кількості лейкоцитів у крові допомагає оцінити імунний статус птиці. Дослідження різних видів лейкоцитів дає змогу зрозуміти, як організм перепела бореться з інфекціями чи запаленнями. Оцінка кількості та функцій тромбоцитів важлива для розуміння процесів згортання крові та загальної гемостазу у перепелів. |
| Description: | The article examines changes in the number of erythrocytes in the blood of quails, which may be due to various factors, such as health, nutrition or housing conditions. The study also focuses on hematocrit, which is an important indicator that allows you to assess the volume of erythrocytes in the blood of birds. The concentration of hemoglobin in the blood of quails is an important indicator of their general health and ability to transport oxygen in the body. Determining the number of leukocytes in the blood helps to assess the immune status of the bird. The study of different types of leukocytes allows you to understand how the quail body fights infections or inflammations. Assessing the number and functions of platelets is important for understanding the processes of blood clotting and general hemostasis in quail. |
