| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Стаття присвячена актуальній темі сьогодення побудові алгоритму модернізації кадрів аграрного сектору економіки, як одного з експорто конкурентоспроможних. Проведене дослідження базується на аналізі існуючого стану забезпечення кваліфікованими кадрами, підвищення рівня мотивації, інфраструктурного відновлення та державної підтримки, яка залежить від планування рентабельних інвестицій у освітні програми для кадрового потенціалу, оновлення застарілої технічної бази, інфраструктурній розбудові та розвитку державно-приватного партнерства, що знижує ризики, як вже прописано в програмних документах модернізації України згідно із вимогам ЄС. В статті проаналізовані найкращі міжнародні практики програм навчання кадрів в залежності від потреб аграріїв, що констатує необхідність переорієнтації українських нормативів до типових програм в залежності від потреб регіону у аграрному секторі економіки. Це якісні та кількісні характеристики навколишнього середовища, інфраструктурне забезпечення, можливість впровадження сучасного обладнання. |
| Опис: | The article is dedicated to the current topic of modernization workforce in the agricultural sector algorithm. The conducted research is based on analyzing the current state of qualified personnel provision, enhancing motivation levels, infrastructure restoration, and state support, which depends on planning profitable investments in educational programs for human resources, updating outdated technical bases, infrastructure development, and the promotion of public-private partnerships to reduce risks, as outlined in the modernization programs of Ukraine according to EU requirements. Ukraine's economy significantly depends on the agricultural sector, which accounts for nearly 40% of the country's gross domestic product and export operations. However, the state budget allocates only 14% of funds to this sector. For wartime reconstruction focused on sustainable development, it is necessary to concentrate on human potential, including existing personnel and training and retraining systems. An analysis of recent studies shows that experts emphasize the importance of qualifications and the effectiveness of personnel provision, which directly affects the economic results of the agricultural sector. International experience confirms that innovations in education and the use of modern technologies contribute to sustainable development and increase competitiveness. To develop an effective algorithm for the modernization of the agricultural sector's training system, it is necessary to meet the labor market needs, current sustainability requirements, and consider international experience. This includes updating training programs, implementing innovative methods, improving the quality of education, and developing the material and technical base. |
