| Abstract: | У статті розглянуті актуальні питання запровадження підходів інклюзивності для економічного зростання країни на основі аграрного сектору, що є важливим для України, та маже позначитись на добробуті різних верств населення й надати рівні можливості для реалізації існуючого потенціалу. Вивчено стан аграрної сфери Одеської області для впровадженні принципів інклюзивності та перспектив їх функціонування за рахунок потенційних можливостей. Доведено вагомість розвитку аграрного сектору, що потребує проведення критичного аналізу та розробки відповідного механізму, побудованого на широкому колі охоплення громадян суспільства у процес економічного зростання та розподілу отриманих результатів. На основі дослідження напрацювань зарубіжних та вітчизняних фахівців, результати яких висвітлено на законодавчо-нормативному та науковому рівнях, обґрунтовано вимоги до застосування положень інклюзивності. Метою роботи виступає обґрунтування науково-методичних засад формування інклюзивного розвитку аграрного сектору на прикладі Одеської області. |
| Description: | The article examines current issues related to the implementation of inclusivity approaches for the country’s economic growth based on the agricultural sector, which is crucial for Ukraine. These approaches may impact the well-being of various social groups and provide equal opportunities for realizing existing potential. The study analyzes the state of the agricultural sector in Odesa region for the introduction of inclusivity principles and the prospects for their implementation based on available opportunities. The significance of agricultural sector development is substantiated, emphasizing the need for a critical analysis and the development of an appropriate mechanism that ensures broad public participation in economic growth and the distribution of its benefits. Based on the study of domestic and foreign experts, whose findings are presented at legislative, regulatory, and scientific levels, the requirements for applying inclusivity principles have been justified. The aim of the study is to substantiate the scientific and methodological foundations for the formation of an inclusive development mechanism for the agricultural sector, using Odesa region as a case study. |
