| Abstract: | У статті наведені рекогносцировочні дані щодо дії удосконаленого деззасобу «Сандезвет» на курячого червоного кліща (Dermanyssus gallinae). Встановлено акарицидну дію 5 % розчину деззасобу протягом 1,5 години, 2,5 % розчину – протягом 4 годин. На підставі отриманих результатів, статистично вірогідної різниці між середніми значеннями досліджених показників птиці дослідних та контрольної груп не встановлено, що свідчить про відсутність негативного впливу дезінфектанту «Сандезвет» на організм птиці і можливість його застосування у галузі птахівництва з метою обробки курей проти кліщів. |
| Description: | The article has carried out reconnaissance data from the advanced disinfectant "Sandezvet" on the chicken mite (Dermanyssus gallinae). An acaricidal treatment was introduced at 5% for 1.5 years, 2.5% for 4 years. Based on the results obtained, statistically significant differences between the average values of the follow-up indicators of the birds and the control groups were not established, which confirms the presence of a negative dose of the disinfectant. Sandezvet" on the bird's body and the possibility of its stagnation in poultry galusa using the method of treating chickens against mites. |
