| Abstract: | На посівах озимої пшениці і ярого та озимого ячменю в Одеській області виявлено віруси жовтої карликовості ячменю, смугастої мозаїки пшениці та мозаїки бромусу. Часто спостерігалася змішана інфекція. Віруси ідентифіковані за допомогою імуноферментного аналізу. Наведено залежність ступеня ураження рослин вірусами від термінів сівби. На посевах озимой пшеницы, ярового и озимого ячменя в некоторых районах Одесской области было установлено, что они поражаются вирусом желтой карликовости ячменя, вирусом полосатой мозаики пшеницы и вирусом мозаики костра. Вирус штриховатой мозаики ячменя у этих образцов не выявлен. Часто наблюдалась смешанная инфекция. Показана зависимость степени поражения растений вирусами от сроков сева. As a result of inspection of various crop cultivars of winter wheat, winter and summer barley in a number of districts of Odesa region it has been established that they are infected by barley yellow dwarf virus (BYDV), wheat streak mosaic (WSMV) and brome mosaic virus (BMV). The barley strip mosaic virus was absent in the selected samples. Mixed infection by BYDV+ WSMV + BMV WSMV + BMV was often observed. It is recommended to change sowing terms for decreasing of injuriousness of the above-mentioned viruses that will allow prevent viruses distribution. |
