Abstract: A probabilistic assessment of the condition of machines of the main technological unit of the harvester-transport complex for the harvesting of Cereal crops is presented. The main parameters of combine harvesters are justified using analytical dependencies with mass service theory and Markov chains. A methodology for determining probabilistic characteristics of the reliability of all elements of a grain harvester is presented.
