| Abstract: | Представлені результати досліджень подальшого удосконалення та розвитку управління лісового господарства України, з урахуванням положень земельного та лісового законодавства та перспективи поліпшення його екологічного стану. |
| Description: | The results of further studies of forestry Ukraine, subject to the land and forest legislation. According to the Constitution of Ukraine land, minerals, air, water and other natural resources located within the territory of Ukraine, natural resources of its continental shelf and exclusive (maritime) economic zone, are property of the Ukrainian people. On behalf of the Ukrainian people's right owner exercising executive authorities and local governments. Improving the legal framework and legal basis for state forest management and related economic activities they are one of the primary tasks of the present. The development of new, advanced process control mechanisms of state control over protection, protection, use and restoration of forests in Ukraine is extremely important. To identify the need for appropriate legislative changes is holding his detailed analysis. |
