| Abstract: | Фактор годівлі залишається важливою складовою промислової технології виробництва молока. Україна, нажаль, належить до типу країн, де поголів’я дійних корів має тенденцію до скорочення, що зумовлено низкою різноманітних факторів. Однак, ключовим із них, на нашу думку, саме у південних регіонах держави, які відносяться до зони ризикованого землекористування, а останнім часом ще й потерпають від негативних наслідків глобального потепління, є дефіцит необхідної кількості якісних консервованих соковитих кормів, що склався у промисловому секторі молочного скотарства південних регіонів України через зазначенні кліматичні зміни останніх 15-20 рр. Дисертаційна робота присвячена комплексній оцінці якості фуражних кормів (загальний і мінеральний аналіз традиційних (кукурудзяний силос, люцерновий сінаж) та інноваційних інгредієнтів (житній, тритикалевий силос, волога пивна дробина) раціонів, що є базовими в умовах промислового виробництва молока південного регіону України з урахуванням питань глобального потепління, що в свою чергу потребує інноваційного погляду щодо кормовиробництва. |
| Description: | Feeding remains an important component of industrial milk production technology. Ukraine, unfortunately, is one of the countries where the number of dairy cows tends to decline due to a number of different factors. However, the most significant of these, in our opinion, is the shortage of quality canned juicy fodder in the southern regions of the country, which are in the risky land use zone and have recently suffered from the negative effects of global warming, which has been observed in the industrial dairy sector of the southern regions of Ukraine due to the climate change of the last 15-20 years. The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive assessment of the quality of forage feeds (general and mineral analysis of traditional (corn silage, alfalfa haylage) and innovative ingredients (rye, triticale silage, wet beer pellets) of diets that are basic in the conditions of industrial milk production in the southern region of Ukraine, taking into account global warming, which in turn requires an innovative view of forage production. In addition, an innovative approach to the formation of correct feeding rations for cows of different physiological states (early and late dryness; early, middle, late lactation) was carried out using traditional common dietary ingredients and innovative ones dictated by climate change, in addition, these components contribute to optimising the fat and protein content in milk and normalising its acidity. |
