| Abstract: | Метою статті є обґрунтування концептуальних засад та розробка інструментарію імплементації проєктного підходу до впровадження інновацій на аграрних підприємствах. Результати. Описано особливості використання проєктного підходу та здійснено розгляд основних стандартів управління проєктами: Project Management Body of Knowledge; методологія A Guidebook of Project and Program Management for Enterprise Innovation; методологія PRojects IN Controlled Environments; методологія International Competence Baseline of the International Project Management Association. Згруповано основні типи агроінновації в контексті проєктного підходу до їх впровадження. Доведено доцільність імплементації інструментарію проєктного менеджменту в ході впровадження агроінновацій для досягнення цілей ресурсозбереження та ресурсоефективності. Представлено детальний опис використання інструментів управління проєктами для реалізації агроінновацій. |
| Description: | The purpose of the article is to substantiate the conceptual foundations and develop tools for implementing a project approach to the implementation of innovations in agricultural enterprises. To increase the level of efficiency of agroinnovation implementation, the peculiarities of using the project approach are described in the work. Consideration of basic project management standards (Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK); P2M methodology (A Guidebook of Project and Program Management for Enterprise Innovation); PRINCE2 methodology (PRojects IN Controlled Environments); IPMA methodology (IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB)), allowed to determine that the best way to achieve this goal is to use a standard that allows you to most accurately determine the content of management processes in certain areas of knowledge at different stages of the life cycle of agro-innovation project approach to the introduction of agroinnovation, which allows to increase the level of resource efficiency and resource conservation. |
