| Abstract: | Досліджено різноманітні підходи та методи оцінки трудового потенціалу в сучасних умовах
сільських територій. Зроблено аналіз основних методичних підходів до оцінки трудового потенціалу
сільських територій. Визначено особливості застосування методичних підходів, їх переваги і недоліки. Исследованы различные подходы и методы оценки трудового потенциала в современных условиях сельских территорий. Сделан анализ основных методических подходов к оценке трудового потенциала сельских территорий. Определены особенности применения методических подходов, их преимущества и недостатки. The various approaches and methods for assessing the employment potential in the present conditions of rural areas have been studied. The analysis of methodological approaches to assessing the employment potential of rural areas have been made. The features of the application of methodological approaches, their advantages and disadvantages have been defined. |
