| Abstract: | У статті наведені традиційна технологія вирощування та збирання кукурудзи на силос і основні вимоги для дотримання строків заготовки силосу і якості цього корму для тварин та недоліки однозмінної роботи машинно – тракторних агрегатів в сільському господарстві. Приведена сутність виконання польових механізованих робіт потоково – цикловим методом, який дає можливість значно скоротити строки проведення технологічних операцій шляхом впровадження двозмінної роботи техніки при 7-годинній праці механізатора в день. Приведена інша форма закріплення техніки за механізаторами (за двома трактористами дві різні марки тракторів), їх розпорядок праці, організація по новому технічної служби ремонту і обслуговування техніки. Наведений алгоритм для спеціалістів господарства про перехід на нову форму більш ефективного використання машино – тракторних агрегатів, на рішення соціально – економічних проблем на селі. |
| Description: | The article presents the traditional technology of growing and harvesting corn for silage, and the main requirements for meeting the terms of harvesting silage and the quality of this feed for animals, as well as the disadvantages of single-shift operation of machine-tractor units in agriculture. The essence of performing field mechanized works by a flow-cyclic method is given, which makes it possible to significantly shorten the period of technological operations by introducing two-shift work of equipment with 7-hour work of the mechanist per day. A different form of securing equipment for mechanized operators (two different brands of tractors for two tractor drivers), their work schedule, organization of a new technical service for repair and maintenance of equipment is given. The given algorithm for farm specialists is about the transition to a new form of more efficient use of machine-tractor units, to solve social and economic problems in the countryside. |
