| Abstract: | Метою статті є проведення аналізу основних проблем розвитку аграрного сектору України в умовах воєнного стану та обґрунтуванні можливих напрямків щодо їх вирішення. Наукова новизна наукових досліджень полягає в обґрунтуванні основних проблем розвитку аграрного сектору України в умовах війни - часткове або повне знищення машин та обладнання, сховищ, худоби та багаторічних посівів; зростання цін на сировину; скорочення експорту зерна тощо. Дослідження показали, що головний акцент в напрямках державної підтримки українських виробників та експортерів аграрної продукції поставлено на: спільній ініціативі Європейської комісії та уряду України в напрямку спрощення експорту продуктів харчування з України; внесенні відповідних змін до внутрішнього законодавства України; розробці та запуску ряду програм для підтримки українського агробізнесу. |
| Description: | The purpose of the article is conducting an analysis of the main problems of the development of the agricultural sector of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law and substantiating the possible directions for their solution. The scientific novelty of scientific research consists in substantiating the main problems of the development of enterprises of the agrarian sector of Ukraine in the conditions of war: partial or complete destruction of machines and equipment, warehouses, livestock and perennial crops; rising prices for raw materials; reduction of grain exports, etc. Studies have shown that the main emphasis in the directions of state support for Ukrainian producers and exporters of agricultural products is placed on: a joint initiative of the European Commission and the government of Ukraine in the direction of simplifying the export of food products from Ukraine; making appropriate changes to the internal legislation of Ukraine; development and launch of a number of programs to support Ukrainian agribusiness. |
