| Abstract: | Розкрито сутність організаційної культури аграрного підприємства та визначено її важливість в процесі реалізації його стратегії. Обґрунтовано можливість організаційної культури підприємства впливати на працівників, формувати їхню поведінку, спонукати їх виконувати розроблені у стратегічному плані завдання, виховувати та мотивувати працівників до ефективної реалізації стратегії, сприймати розроблені керівництвом бачення та цілі; підвищувати ефективність функціонування підприємства через формування неофіційних правил, інтуїтивних вимог та атмосфери. Узагальнено найбільш важливі елементи організаційної культури, що впливають на реалізацію стратегій на підприємстві. Здійснено оцінку організаційної культури конкретного аграрного підприємства. |
| Description: | The purpose of the article is to generalize the theoretical aspects of the formation of the organizational culture of enterprises and to substantiate practical recommendations for its development in the context of the implementation of the strategy of modern agricultural enterprises. The scientific novelty consists in defining the concept of "organizational culture of an agricultural enterprise" as a complex of material and spiritual values, behavior patterns that arise in a separate organization in accordance with its internal and external components, correspond to the strategy, goals and motives of activity, and are also shared by the majority of members of the organization; in general the most important elements of organizational culture that affect the implementation of strategies at the enterprise; in identifying and evaluating the components of the organizational culture of a specific agricultural enterprise. |
