Abstract: The technological process of restoration of triboconnections of power gyro cylinders with composites based on modified kaprolon is justified. Physico-mechanical, tribological and rheological characteristics of kaprolon-based composites containing fine powders of copper iodide, shungite, molybdenum disulfide, graphite and chopped carbon fiber were revealed, the technological process of power hydraulic cylinder repair using anti-friction composites was substantiated.
