| Abstract: | Мета статті - обґрунтувати теоретичні засади з розробки практичних рекомендацій зі стратегічного управління бізнес-процесами аграрного підприємства за умов використання та впровадження в його діяльність нових інноваційних технологій. Наукова новизна полягає в наданні наукового обґрунтування організаційних методів стратегічного управління бізнес-процесами в аграрному підприємстві, які передбачають розробку стратегії ефективного комплексного дослідження та управління системою бізнес-процесів на досліджуваному аграрному підприємстві під час розробки інвестиційного проекту з вирощування нових видів продукції на основі використання інноваційних технологій та інструментів управління з адаптацією такої стратегії до діяльності досліджуваного підприємства. |
| Description: | The purpose of the article is to analyze the theoretical foundations for the development of practical recommendations for the strategic management of business processes of an agrarian enterprise under the conditions use and implementation's a new innovative technology in its activities. The scientific novelty is to provide a scientific basis for the organizational methods of strategic management of business processes in an agricultural enterprise, which involve the development of a strategy for effective comprehensive research and management of the business process system at the investigated agricultural enterprise during the development of an investment project for the cultivation of new types of products based on the use of innovative technologies and management tools with the adaptation of such a strategy to the activity of the enterprise under study. A meaningful justification of the definition of "business process" is provided, its content from the point of view of process management, which has value for consumers and society, especially in agricultural enterprises, is revealed. The main components and approaches to the organization of management of business processes of an agrarian enterprise are highlighted. The main concepts and methods of improvement and improvement of business processes in agrarian enterprises are considered. It is proved that the strategic management of business processes of agricultural enterprises has certain strategic advantages that ensure them to achieve a high level of competitiveness in the market. And the main link in the strategic management of the business processes of an agrarian enterprise is the development of its development strategy, which is based on a strategic analysis of the starting conditions, as well as an assessment of the possibilities of realizing the long-term goals of the enterprise and directions of its development. |
