| Abstract: | Ехінококоз – зооноз, хронічно перебігаюче цестодозне захворювання, частіше без виражених клінічних ознак. Збудник – Echinococcus granulosus з родини Taenіidае класу Сеstоdа. В статті висвітлені оглядові дані щодо поширення, профілактики хвороби та біологічних особливостей Echinococcus granulosus від різних проміжних хазяїв: - на сьогоднішній день використання методів молекулярної біології дозволило диференціювати 10 генотипів (штамів) E. granulosus. Найбільш поширений та епідеміологічно значимий штам E. granulosus – овечий, уражає крім овець і кіз велику рогату худобу, верблюдів, свиней, людей; - на території України виявлено функціонування 3 штамів E. granulosus: свинячий, овечий, бичачий; - для успішної боротьби з ехінококозом необхідно розірвати життєвий цикл збудника. |
| Description: | Echinococcosis is a zoonosis, a chronic cestodosis disease, often without pronounced clinical signs. The causative agent is Echinococcus granulosus from the Taenidae family, Cestoda class. The article highlights review data on the spread, prevention of disease, biological features of Echinococcus granulosus from various intermediate hosts: - to date, the use of molecular biology methods has made it possible to differentiate 10 genotypes (strains) of E. granulosus. The most common and epidemiologically significant strain of E. granulosus is sheep, in addition to sheep and goats, it infects cattle, camels, pigs, and humans; - on the territory of Ukraine, the functioning of 3 strains of E. granulosus was revealed: porcine, sheep, and bovine. - to successfully combat echinococcosis, it is necessary to break the life cycle of the causative agent. |
