ПОРІВНЯЛЬНА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА СКЛАДУ МОЛОКА ВІВЦЕМАТОК РІЗНИХ ПОРІД

Abstract

Проведено порівняльну оцінку складу молока вівцематок різних порід. Установлено, що фізико-хімічний склад молока вівцематок породи цигайська, дорпер, мериноландшаф не виявлено істотної різниці. Характеризуючи вміст жиру у молоці вівцематок різних порід у 20 день лактації видно, що найбільший його вміст був у молоці вівцематок породи мериноладшаф. Так, порівняно з вівцематками цигайської породи це перевищення склало 2,7 % р˃0,95, а з вівцематками породи дорпер 2,3 % р˃0,95. У 60 день лактації найбільший вміст жиру у молоці був у молоці вівцематок породи мериноладшаф. Так, порівняно з вівцематками цигайської породи це перевищення склало 2,6 % р˃0,95, а з вівцематками породи дорпер 0,3 % р˃0,95. За вмістом сухого знежиреного молочного залишку молока досліджуваних вівцематок перевищує показники норми від 2,8 до 3 %. За іншими показниками суттєвої різниці не відмічена.

A comparative assessment of the composition of milk of ewes of different breeds was carried out. It has been established that the physicochemical composition of the milk of cyhajska ewes, dorper, merinolandschaf ewes did not reveal a significant difference. Characterizing the content of fat in the milk of ewes of different breeds on the 20th day of lactation, it can be seen that its highest content was in the milk of ewes of the merinoladshaf breed. So, in comparison with cyhajska ewes, this is an excess of 2.7% p˃0.95, and with dorper sheep 2.3% p˃0.95. For 60 days of lactation, the highest fat content in milk was in the milk of merinolandschaf ewes. So, in comparison with cehaiska ewes, this is an excess of 2.6% p˃0.95, and with dorper ewes 0.3% p˃0.95. According to the content of dry fat-free milk residue of the milk of the studied ewes, it exceeds the norm from 2.8 to 3%; there was no significant difference between ewes of different breeds in this indicator. No significant difference was observed for other indicators.
