| Abstract: | Вивчалися показники клітинного та гуморального імунітету у 2-во місячних цуценят до та після введення імуномоделюючого препарату «Циклоферон». При цьому виявлено корелюючи зниження фагоцитозу нейтрофілів після введення препарату а також підвищення сенсибілізації Т-лімфоцитів до вірусного антигену. Встановлені високий титр антитіл проти парвовірусного ентериту які протягом 14 днів знизився. The cellular and humoral immunity indicators at the two month old puppies before and after introduction of immunomodulating preparation "Cycloferon " were studied. The correlation decrease in neutrophil phagocytosis after administration medication and increase of a sensitization of T-lymphocytes against the viral antigens were defined. It is established a high titer of antibodies against parvovirus enteritis which within 14 days were decreased. |
