Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню питань формування та реалізації моделі державно-приватного партнерства щодо соціально-економічного забезпечення осіб з інвалідністю та розглянуто її інструменти. Метою статті є дослідження процесів формування та реалізації моделі державно-приватного партнерства щодо соціально-економічного забезпечення осіб з інвалідністю в Україні, їх оцінка та надання пропозицій щодо їх удосконалення. Наукова новизна. Запропоновано концептуальну модель державно-приватного партнерства щодо удосконалення системи соціально-економічного забезпечення осіб з інвалідністю. Визначено фактори регулювання якості послуг у системі соціально-економічного забезпечення осіб з інвалідністю, а також роль державно-громадського співробітництва та участь громадських організацій у формуванні й розвитку вітчизняного ринку послуг щодо соціально-економічного забезпечення осіб з інвалідністю.

The article is devoted to the study of issues of the formation and implementation of the model of public-private partnership on social and economic provision of persons with disabilities and its tools are considered. The purpose of the article is to study the processes of formation and implementation of the model of public-private partnership on the socio-economic provision of persons with disabilities in Ukraine, their assessment and proposalsfor their improvement. Scientific novelty. The conceptual model of public-private partnership for improving the system of socio-economic provision of persons with disabilities is proposed. The factors regulating the quality ofservices in the system ofsocial and economic provision ofpersons with disabilities are determined, as well as the role of public-public cooperation and the participation of non-governmental organizations in the formation and development of the domestic market of services for the social and economic provision ofpersons with disabilities.
