ВИВЧЕННЯ НОВИХ ПЕРСПЕКТИВНИХ КЛОНІВ КЛАСИЧНИХ СОРТІВ ВИНОГРАДУ В УМОВАХ ПІВДНЯ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

В статті наведені результати 3-річних досліджень з вивчення розвитку, продуктивності та якості інтродукованих клонів винограду сорту Шардоне, Совіньон зелений та Рислінг рейнський. Також представлена порівняльна характеристика агробіологічних особливостей та показників якості врожаю винограду та виноматеріалу. В результаті досліджень встановлено, що найбільш продуктивними на виноградниках півдня України є такі клони винограду: по сорту Шардоне - 258, по Совіньону зеленому - R-5, по сорту Рислінг рейнський - клон VCR-3.

The article presents the results of 3-year research on the development, productivity and quality of introduced clones of the Chardonnay, Sauvignon Green and Riesling Rhine varieties. Also presented is a comparative description of agrobiological features and quality indicators of the harvest of grapes and wine material. As a result of the research it was found that the most productive vineyards in the south of Ukraine are such clones of grapes: according to Chardonnay class - 258, according to Sauvignon green - R-5, Riesling Rhineland clone VCR-3. According to the technological evaluation of wine materials, on average for 3 years of research, the prototypes contained high enough alcohol concentrations, low concentrations of residual sugar and titrated acids. The analysis of the obtained results showed that the physicochemical parameters of the wine materials from clones of the Chardonnay, Sauvignon Green and Riesling Rhine varieties are characterized by high indices for the production of white table and sparkling wines.
