ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ВПЛИВУ М'ЯСО-КІСТКОВО-ПІР’ЯНОГО БОРОШНА НА МОРФОЛОГІЧНІ ПОКАЗНИКИ ПЕЧІНКИ КУРЧАТ-БРОЙЛЕРІВ

Abstract

Стаття присвячена вивченню впливу м’ясо-кістково-пір’яного борошна (МКПБ) на морфологічні показники печінки курчат-бройлерів. Гістоструктура печінки курчат-бройлерів як контрольної групи, так дослідних груп, в основному, відповідала здоровому організму, а саме структура печінки була збережена, в паренхімі реєструвалися окремі невеликі лімфоїдні фолікули. Невеликі скупчення лімфоїдних клітин дифузно розташовуються в різних ділянках печінки, що є гістологічною особливістю печінки курок. Ггепатоцити мають велике центрально розташоване кругле ядро. Більшість гепатоцитів (до 60%) двоядерні.і. Цитоплазма клітин світлого кольору. Рихла сполучна тканина розвинута добре. Порушень з боку гемоциркуляції та жовчовиділення виявлено не було.

The article is devoted to studying the impact of meat-and-bone-feather meal (of ICPM) on the morphological indices of liver in broiler chickens.
