ОТРАСЛЕВЫЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ ФУНКЦИОНИРОВАНИЯ МАСЛОЖИРОВЫХ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ УКРАИНЫ

Abstract

The article defines the role of the oil and fat industry in Ukraine's economy. Inter-industry linkages of the industryare analyzed. The main branch features of oil and fat enterprises activity are summarized, which are marked as: satisfaction of physiological needs in oil and fats, the dependence on the seasonality of production, high level of concentration of production capacity, characteristics of technological processes of seeds growing and processing, high resource capacity of processing, the export orientation of the industry and the many inter-industry linkages. The conclusions and outlines perspectives for further research are made.
