| Abstract: | In the article the role of human capital in view of the transformation processes in Ukraine's economy are determined. The current state of human capital in the agricultural sector of the Vinnytsia region are investigated. The basic factors which affect the level of formation and development of human capital are brought. Benefits from the accumulation and utilization of human capital to workers, enterprises and the state on the whole are reasonable. |
