МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ОСНОВИ НАУКОВИХ ДОСЛІДЖЕНЬ ВІДНОСИН ВЛАСНОСТІ В СИСТЕМІ СУЧАСНИХ АГРАРНИХ ПЕРЕТВОРЕНЬ

Abstract

Обгрунтовано, що опрацювання методологічних основ наукових досліджень відносин власності в системі сучасних аграрних перетворень сприятиме формуванню та розвитку високоефективного сільського господарства — невід'ємної складової національного господарського комплексу. Узагальнено методологічні підходи та принципи дослідження сучасних трансформацій відносин власності в сільському господарстві. Визначено, що системність, об'єктивність, історичність та динамічність формують методологічну першооснову сучасних наукових досліджень відносин власності. Доведено, що знання методології дослідження розвитку відносин власності та управління трансформаційними процесами, а також необхідність постійного та повноцінного відтворення в суспільстві системи умов і факторів розвитку відносин власності обумовлюють можливість досягнення високої соціально-економічної результативності реформ як в аграрній, так і в інших сферах економіки.

t is substantiated that the development of methodological bases of research of property relations in the system of modern agrarian transformations will contribute to the formation and development of highly efficient agriculture which is an integral component of the national economic complex. The methodological approaches and principles of the study of the modern transformation of property relations in agriculture are summerized. It is determined that consistency, objectivity, historicity and dynamism form the methodological basis of modern scientific research of property relations. It is proven that knowledge of research methodology development of property relations and management of transformation processes and the need of permanent and full reproduction in society a system of conditions and factors of development of property relations determine the possibility of achieving a high socio-economic impact of the reforms in the agrarian and in other areas of the economy.
