| Короткий огляд (реферат): | У статті досліджено актуальні питання забезпечення продовольчою безпекою України в умовах війни. Роз- глянуто основні зміни стану продовольчої безпеки та її структури в зв'язку з початком повномасштабного вторгнення. Проаналізовано динаміку основних показників Глобального індексу продовольчої безпеки держа- ви. Виявлено проблеми, що виникають в системі продовольчої безпеки України. За допомогою регіонального аналізу досліджено стан самозабезпечення регіонів продовольством. Установлено низький рівень самоза- безпечення продовольством в Луганській, Донецькій, Запорізькій, Київській, Одеській та Львівській областях. Виокремлено наслідки впливу воєнних дій в Україні на продовольчу безпеку держави. Визначені пріоритетні напрямки врегулювання стану продовольчої безпеки країни. Зазначені позитивні результати реалізації пріо- ритетних напрямків державного врегулювання стану продовольчої безпеки. |
| Опис: | The article examines the current issues of ensuring food security of Ukraine in the conditions of war. The main changes in the state of food security and its structure in connection with the beginning of a full-scale invasion are considered. The dynamics of the main indicators of the Global Index of food security of the state were analyzed. As a result, it was found that according to the GFSI indicators, in 2022, Ukraine took 26th place in the rating among European countries and 71st place in the world rating among 113 countries based on the assessment of food security indicators. The problems arising in the food security system of Ukraine were identified: a decrease in the number of manufactured agricultural products and an increase in the cost of such products (production, processing, transportation and storage). With the help of regional analysis, the state of food self-sufficiency of the regions was investigated. A low level of food self-sufficiency was established in the Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Odesa and Lviv regions. The consequences of the impact of military actions in Ukraine on the food security of the state are highlighted, namely: disruption of seed companies and harvest due to active hostilities, disruption of logistics and food supply chains, destruction of the infrastructure of the agrarian system and industry, problems in the system of creating added value in agro-food complexes, complications of export and import due to blocking of ports. The priority directions for regulating the state of food security in the country have been determined, including: assistance to the population in the affected territories, impact on the agricultural sector of the affected regions; creation of conditions for physical and economic availability of food; ensuring environmental security of the state; rebuilding infrastructure and creating innovations for post-war reconstruction and spreading the idea of healthy eating. The positive results of the implementation of the priority directions of the state regulation of the state of food security are indicated. This will allow, in the conditions of post-war reconstruction, to effectively and quickly restore not only the national economy of the state, but also other areas of production and agriculture. |
