ДИНАМІКА СТАТЕВИХ СТЕРОЇДНИХ ГОРМОНІВ, КОРТИЗОЛУ ТА ТРИЙОДТИРОНИНУ У СОБАК ЗА ЕСТРАЛЬНОГО ЦИКЛУ

Abstract

У статті наведено дані результатів дослідження взаємозв’язку в динаміці вмісту естрадіолу, прогестерону, кортизолу та трийодтироніну в сироватці крові за естрального циклу у сук. Для дослідження використовували сироватку крові, у всіх тварин проводили відбір крові з латеральної підшкірної вени передпліччя на 1-, 5-, 10-, 15-, 20-, 25 доби естрального циклу. Аналіз концентрації прогестерону в сироватці крові сук мав закономірні зміни протягом еструсу. Збільшення концентрації кортизолу в сироватці крові протягом перших 10 днів еструсу вказує на те, що зміни які відбуваються в організмі за циклу є стресорними. Отримані дані щодо динаміки естрадіолу протягом еструсу кореспондуються з іншими дослідженнями. А саме вказують, що під час еструсу вміст естрогену падає, а рівень прогестерону починає зростати.

The article presents the resulting data of study the relationship of estradiol, progesterone, cortisol and triiodothyronine in blood serum in the dynamics of their content during the estrous cycle in female dogs. Blood serum was used for the study, blood was collected from the lateral subcutaneous vein of the forearm on 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 days of the estrous cycle. The analysis of the concentration of progesterone in the blood serum of bitches had regular changes during estrus. An increase in the concentration of cortisol in the blood serum during the first 10 days of estrus indicates that the changes occurring in the body during the cycle are stressful. The obtained data on the dynamics of estradiol during estrus correspond to other studies. Specifically, they indicate that during estrus, the estrogen content drops, and the progesterone level begins to rise.
