ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ФІТОПРЕПАРАТІВ ЗА ЕЙМЕРІОЗУ

Abstract

Досліджено і проаналізовано дані літературних джерел щодо спектру лікарських рослин з протиеймеріозною дією. Виявлено переваги рослинних препаратів за еймеріозу тварин і птиці, порівняно із хіміотерапевтичними засобами. З’ясовано, що ефективні рослинні препарати за еймеріозу повинні забезпечувати комплексну фармакодинаміку: еймеріостатичну, протимікробну, пробіотичну, протизапальну і антиоксидантну дії. Аналіз рослин з протипротозойною дією свідчить про можливість створення нового протиеймеріозного фітопрепарату з високим рівнем специфічної фармакологічної активності і широким спектром дії. Перспективою подальших досліджень є детальне вивчення біологічно активних речовин лікарських рослин, які широко розповсюджені в Україні (полин гіркий, чебрець звичайний, часник, льон звичайний, біла гірчиця, м’ята польова, материнка звичайна) з метою створення нових фітопрепаратів для профілактики і лікування еймеріозів тварин і птиці.

The data of literary sources concerning the spectrum of medicinal plants with anti-eimeriosis action is investigated and analyzed. Anti-eimeriosis properties were found in plants such as Artemisia annua, Artemisia absinthium, Pinus radiata, Allium sativum, Bidens pilosa, Berberis lyceum, Línum usitatíssimum, Ageratum conyzoides, Vernonia amygdalina, Cárica papáya, Origanum vulgare, Rosmarínus officinális, Melaleuca alternifolia, Syzýgium aromáticum, Morinda citrifolia, Myrianthus arboreus, Curcuma longa, Olea europaea, Nectaroscordum tripedale, Caméllia sinénsis, Commifolia Molmol, Dichroa febrifuga, Thymus vulgaris, Nigella sativa, Musa paradisiaca. Actuality of phytotherapy consists in mildness of action, absence of toxic influence, ecological safety and polyvalence of biological action of plant compounds. Medicinal plants contain the natural substances necessary for the organism for normal life: vitamins, carbohydrates, macro-, trace elements, enzymes, hormones, etc. This complex of substances stimulates different systems of an organism or compensates for their insufficient function. The advantages of herbal prepara-tions for eimeria of animals and poultry are investigated in comparison with chemotherapeutic agents. It has been found that effective herbal preparations for eimeriosis should provide a comprehensive pharmacodynamics: eimeriostatic, antimicrobial, probiotic, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects. The analysis of plants with antiprotozoal action indicates the possibility of creating a new anti-eimeriosis phytopreparatum with a high level of specific pharmacological activity and a wide spectrum of action. The prospect of further research is a detailed study of biologically active substances of medicinal plants that are widespread in Ukraine (Artemisia absinthium, Thymus vulgaris, Allium sativum, Linum usitatissimum, Sinapis alba, Mentha arvensis, Origanum vulgare) in order to create new phytopreparations for the prevention and treatment of eimeriosis animals (rabbits, pigs, cattle) and poultry (chickens, turkeys).
