НАПРЯМИ УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ СИСТЕМИ СТРАТЕГІЧНОГО Й ОПЕРАТИВНОГО ПЛАНУВАННЯ РЕНОВАЦІЇ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ТВАРИННИЦТВА

Abstract

Стаття присвячена актуальним проблемам перегляду позицій стратегічного й оперативного планування реновації підприємств тваринництва. Зміни зумовлюють інший підхід до об'єктів планування: замість планування власне аграрного виробництва необхідно переходити до макропланування моделі багатогалузевих інтегрованих комплексів. Причини таких метаморфоз природні. Вони пов'язані із природою технологічного й економічного розвитку аграрного сектору України. Сильний процес технологічної реновації й надалі стане превалювати в аграрній економіці, де тільки близько 20% працюючого населення буде зайнято в аграрному виробництві. У зв'язку із цим варто очікувати змін в економічній структурі аграрного виробництва, що безпосередньо пов’язане із стратегічним та оперативним плануванням реновації підприємств тваринництва.

The article is devoted to the actual problems of revision of positions of strategic and operational planning of renovation of livestock enterprises. The changes lead to a different approach to the objects of planning: instead of planning the actual agricultural production, it is necessary to move to the macro-planning model of diversified integrated complexes. The causes of such metamorphoses are natural. They are related to the nature of technological and economic development of the agricultural sector of Ukraine. A strong process of technological renovation will continue to prevail in the agricultural economy, where only about 20% of the working population will be employed in agricultural production. In this regard, we should expect changes in the economic structure of agricultural production, which is directly related to the strategic and operational planning of the renovation of livestock enterprises.
