МЕТОДИЧНИЙ ІНСТРУМЕНТАРІЙ СТРАТЕГІЧНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ТА НАРОЩЕННЯ КОНКУРЕНТНОЗДАТНОСТІ МОРСЬКИХ ПОРТІВ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню питань методичного інструментарію стратегічного розвитку та підвищення конкурентоспроможності морських портів України. Державна політика розвитку морських портів має сприяти розвитку морської транспортної інфраструктури України та підвищенню конкурентоспроможності українських морських портів. Метою статті є дослідження та застосування методичного інструментарію стратегічного розвитку та підвищення конкурентоспроможності морських портів України. Наукова новизна. Пошук методичного інструментарію діагностики та ідентифікації конститутивних факторів стратегічного розвитку морських портів України обтяжується певними характерологічними аспектами, що викликає потребу в удосконаленні методичного інструментарію ідентифікації конструктивних і деструктивних факторів стратегічного розвитку морських портів України. Здійснено SW0T-aнaлiз стратегічного розвитку морських портів України. Визначено фактори конструктивного та деструктивного характеру розвитку морських портів. Проаналізовано показники конкурентоспроможності країни в цілому та окремих її структур. Методом кореляційно-регресійного аналізу визначено вплив окремих факторів, таких як експорт, імпорт, транзит, вантажообіг на рівень конкурентоспроможності морської інфраструктури.

The article is devoted to the research of issues of methodological tools of strategic development and increase of competitiveness of Ukrainian seaports. The state policy of development of seaports should promote the development of Ukrainian maritime transport infrastructure and increase the competitiveness ofUkrainian seaports. The purpose of the article is to investigate and apply the methodological tools of strategic development and increase the competitiveness ofUkrainian seaports. Scientific novelty. It is determined that the search of methodological tools for diagnostics and identification of constitutive factors of strategic development of Ukrainian seaports is burdened with certain characterological aspects, which necessitates improvement of methodological tools for identification of constructive and destructive factors of strategic development of Ukrainian seaports. A SWOT analysis of the strategic development of Ukrainian seaports has been carried out. The factors of constructive and destructive nature of the development of seaports are determined. The indicators of competitiveness of the country as a whole and its individual structures are analyzed. The influence of individual factors, such as export, import, transit, cargo turnover, on the level of competitiveness of maritime infrastructure is determined by the method ofcorrelation-regression analysis.
