АНАЛИЗ И КЛАСИФИКАЦИЯ НА ИЗТЛАСКВАЩИТЕ МАШИНИ ЗА ГРАНУЛИРАНЕ, РАБОТЕЩИ ПО МЕТОДА НА ПРЕСОВАНЕ

Abstract

The analysis of the press machines for pelleting is made. They are classified according to their function into forming, rolling and extruding press machines for pelleting. High energy consumption and low Pellet Durability Index (PDI) by pelleting has been established in the case of forming and rolling press machines. Rollers extruding press machine are widely used in practice. It is shown that roller extruding pelleting machines with a vertical ring die have bigger resource, lower energy consumption and produce high-quality and more durable pellets.
