Вплив соціоекономіки на ефективність виробничо-господарської діяльності аграрних підприємств

Abstract

The subject of research is to assess the impact of socioeconomic on the efficiency of production and economic activity of agricultural enterprises. The purpose of the study is the scientific substantiation of influence of socioeconomic on the efficiency of production and economic activity of agricultural enterprises. Research methods. The following methods were used in the research: generalization, comparison and grouping (in identifying of the impact of socioeconomic efficiency of production and economic activity of agricultural enterprises), abstract-logic (when forming conclusions). Results of research. Agricultural sector of economy of Ukraine is represented by a variety of organizational and economic forms, with different level of efficiency of management and with different opportunities to influence socio-economic development. The use by agricultural enterprises of socioeconomic principles involves the observance of rational parameters of production and economic activity, particularly in the context of the burden of agricultural land per worker, average monthly wages, intensification of production, economic effectiveness security which is beneficial for every company and its employees. To assess the impact of these factors on the economic efficiency of production and economic activity of the economy the grouping was carried out. The sample was formed from 44 agricultural enterprises specializing in the production of grain and industrial crops which are situated in Haisyn, Trostyanets and Tulchin districts of Vinnytsia region.Applicability results. The results of the study can be used in agricultural enterprises of different organizational-legal forms of ownership for the reorientation of the activities on the socioeconomic basis.
