Описание: Free anemophily results of breeding point of view of introduction to biological contamination of samples or seeds are formed in unusual environmental conditions. With these forms we were able to identify homogeneous genetically stable plants that can be attributed to new varieties of durum wheat(Triticum durum Desf), which is the difference pubescent culm under the ear(sign pilosum) Among a material selected plant new varieties var. filatenkoae Zor. at Piln. (Registration herbarium WIR N0 98597 – 2007 year) different from plants var. qakubzineri Kurk black color barbs The purpose of research is to: identify the genetic nature of the signs "pubescent stems in Ear" and the nature of inheritance. To learn the genetic nature signs "pubescent stems in Ear" was used varied source material, which was created at the department of defense, genetics and plant breeding, new plant varieties var. filatenkoae Zor.et Piln with black barbs, how they differ from plant varieties var. Jakubzinerii kurk. For hybridization were involved famous in steppe regions of Ukraine varieties of winter durum wheat Alyy Parysa and Dolphin. (2007) All plants from direct and inverse hybridization were lowered from a straw in the ear. This indicates that it is a dominant trait controlled by the gene Hp (similar to rye). This feature manifests itself well soon and kept heading to full ripening plants. It can be used as a marker in genetic and selection research. That sample (var. Jacubzinerii, var. Filatenkoae) have historically characterized by a common origin and one gene of Hp, which determines the pubescens interstices in the ear. In plants with pubescent straw under colossus is more distinct features: ear length, number of spikelets in the ear. All other indexes difference (number of grains in the ear, size of seeds) between plants with pubescent and glabrous straw is within a mathematical error. The level of grain productivity (62.7 - 63,4ts / ha) durum wheat varieties that are in production did not differ. The advantage over their forms of pubescent stems under weighty ears (25.1 kg / ha). This is the result of long selection work performance, that among the forms of pubescence not performed.
